Please read this page to understand how we protect your data and what you agree to when using InboxPro.

Who we are: CopyWise (“we”, “us”) operates CampaignFix, a micro-SaaS for analysing email campaigns and recommending fixes, and also provides DFY AI automation builds for agencies. We are based in the United Kingdom.

1) Introduction

This Policy explains how we handle your information when you use CampaignFix or engage CopyWise for DFY automation services, and sets the terms for using our website and products. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

2) Privacy Policy

What we collect (data you provide or generate)

When you use CampaignFix (DIY) or work with us (DFY), we may process:

• Account & business info: name, email, agency/brand name, role, and basic business details.

• Campaign inputs & metadata (DIY): campaign names/descriptions, subject lines, KPIs/metrics you choose to input (e.g. open rate, CTR, RPE), channel/platform names (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify).

• Analysis outputs (DIY): AI-generated findings, recommendations, and reports produced by CampaignFix.

• Operational info (DFY): workflow requirements, integration notes, task instructions, and approvals required to build automations.

We intentionally do not require customer lists or personal data of your end-customers to run CampaignFix.

What we do not collect or store:

• Sensitive personal data (e.g. health data, government IDs, passwords).

• Customer PII (your buyers’ personal data), unless you explicitly share it as part of a DFY engagement and only where necessary for the agreed workflow.

• Payment details (handled by our payment processor, if/when applicable).

Where processing happens (our current stack)

To deliver the service, we use reputable providers:

• Lindy AI — model orchestration and workflow logic for generating analyses and recommendations.

• Supabase — managed Postgres database and authentication for storing CampaignFix account profiles and analysis outputs (DIY only).

• v0 / hosting provider — front-end hosting and UI delivery.

• Email & file delivery — email transport and document delivery where relevant.

We select vendors that offer robust security and GDPR-compatible terms. Data may be processed in the UK, EU, US, or other regions where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses where required).

DFY automations — client ownership

For DFY work, we build in your own tool accounts (e.g. Lindy, n8n, platform APIs). You retain ownership and control. CopyWise has admin/builder access only to configure and support the workflows. This reduces data movement and keeps control with you.

How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

• Provide and improve the service (perform the contract).

• Troubleshoot & support (legitimate interests; necessary communications).

• Security, abuse prevention, and quality checks (legitimate interests).

• Legal compliance (legal obligation).

We do not sell or use your data for third-party advertising.

Retention

• DIY (CampaignFix): account/profile data and your analysis outputs are retained until you delete them or your account, or request deletion.

• DFY: We keep only the minimal project records needed for delivery, support, and compliance. Client systems store the operative data.

• Vendor logs: our providers may retain transient logs for a short period for security and reliability.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data

• Object to or restrict processing

• Data portability

• Complain with a supervisory authority

Children

CampaignFix and our services are not intended for individuals under 16.

Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies and logs necessary to operate the site and service reliably. If we introduce additional analytics or cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.

3) Terms of Use

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content, malicious code, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.

• Use outputs in ways that violate laws, platform terms, or customer privacy.

No guarantees; professional judgment required

CampaignFix provides recommendations and forecasts, not guarantees. You are responsible for how you implement any outputs. Performance can vary due to factors outside our control (offer, list quality, market conditions, deliverability, platform changes, etc.).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CopyWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, or business arising from your use of CampaignFix or DFY automations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual property

All software, documentation, frameworks, and brand assets we provide remain our IP unless expressly transferred in writing. You receive a licence to use outputs for your internal business. For DFY builds in your accounts, you own the instance we create in your environment.

Changes to the service & policy

We may update features, pricing, or this Policy to improve reliability, security, or compliance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
